Women are valued in the Kingdom of God and Jesus demonstrated this love in his intimate encounters with women during his ministry on Earth. From Mary Magdalene to the Woman at the Well, Jesus connected with women of all ages and invited them to join him in spreading the Good News of the Gospel. At New River Community Church of God we too invite women of all ages to join us in Bible Study, fellowship and service to each other and our community.
Once a month on the second Saturday our women meet at 9am in the church's house to share a meal and talk about issues that concern Christian women of all ages in the world we live in today. Most months we will read a book together and discuss but the book is not required to attend.
We invite YOU to bring a friend and a dish to share and join us each month.
Book titles and special events will be announced the month prior.

February - Situational Awareness Class lead by Mary Ann Alig & Jessa White (open to ages 15+)
March - Book and Subject to be announced
April - Come share an authentic Passover Sedar meal with us
May 1st to 3rd - Join us in Myrtle Beach for the Women of Joy Conference ($250 will buy your conference ticket and accommodations - see Bonnie Liegey or Mary Ludwig for details)
June & July we will take a break for the summer
August thru December will be published soon!
